Feedback for 5-plex Investment Property Deal Offer
Hello BP community,
It would be appreciated for feedback about a deal I have constructed for a 5-plex investment property in Germany. I want to make sure it checks all boxes before presenting it.
A little back story on the property is that I have been managing it for the past five years. Effective management is in place with an occupancy above 90%+. I chose this property after months of researching various areas for available value-add multi-family property.
I managed to increase the bottom-line by renting extra rooms, renting out space in the garage, and legally increasing rents. There are further opportunities by reducing oil usage, integrating solar/water energy, building out the garage into a large apartment, and even building a complete other multi-family property on the zoned buildable land.
A little about me,
I started in real estate back in 2014 when I bought a 3bd 2ba home in Augusta, Ga. I lived in it for over a year and then rented it out starting my career in real estate. Today, I manage this 5 plex in Germany that I wish to find a partner interested in the opportunities.
I’ve learned from others such as the beloved Brandon Turner, that partnerships are great in real estate. I am looking to present an awesome offer for all parties and to keep growing. I look forward to your comments.
