Switch property to LLC
Does anyone have any experience transferring a deed to an LLC in NYC, I bought houses but now want them to be under the LLC. My plan B is to have the tenants send the rent check making it out to the LLC, the LLC is a property management LLC, figured this would be a good way to build credit as I would like to buy a condo (out of state) to rent as well. Any experience/advice with any of these scenarios? Thanks!
