Best Way To Get Word Out on Lake Conroe, TX- 8 Unit Complex-Renovated
I have a property listed for sale on Lake Conroe, Texas. What other ways can I get the word out to investors that are interested in Short-term rental potential in a Lakefront Community, Walden on Lake Conroe. This property has been completely renovated and is ready for an investor. I have it marketed on Youtube, MLS, Crexi, CoStar. Any other places you can recommend to get eyes on the property from serious investors? Thanks!
