New Spec Duplexes - Where do I market them for sale?

I am a builder here in the panhandle of Florida. This is my first time building multiple spec duplexes and these are rare in my area. I'm working with my RA who sells my spec SFH but doesn't seem to know how to market these. We are at the listing stage and 1 is 90% complete with the other 2 shortly behind it. The potential of buying the 4th lot and building is 100% achievable and that could give a gated access to the entire complex. STR/LTR are allowed and in total each is 3246 sq ft, (2) 3 bedroom/2 bathrooms sitting on 1/3 an acre each. How do I market them to the right investors in this market? I will start this again with another 3 after these are sold but once again without proper marketing my potential is not going to be achieved.
