Looking to Invest $100k into a Multi Family Syndicate

Posted

Hello,

I'm a newer investor looking to expand my portfolio into Multi-Family Syndication. Are there any good sponsors that can send me some info regarding deals in the Pacific NW/Texas/Florida area? Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you want to lose money ? LOL ; MF GP is issuing capital call these days.

Better wait til 2025 for Multifamily investments.

Problem with newer investor is they're very hurry to "invest" while not understanding the current market risk.
