Large multi family complex for 0% down?

Kamil Gal
Posted

I just wanted to know if it was possible to get a large multi family complex around 100 units for 0% down and if it is possible how would that be done?

I’m guessing you could have the seller finance the down payment and then add them as a co-signer until they are paid back!?

99.999% IMPOSSILBE, If its a good deal why not just partner with someone that has money? Do a 70/ 30 split, in the money guys favor. You make 30% for being a finder

All the best
