To hire or not to hire - that is the question

Greetings BP Fam,

Hope everyone is having an excellent 2023 at the mid point.

I am now at over 130 value-added units and running around like a crazy person. Our properties are 3rd party managed, but I still handle all the reno, general maintenance, financing and looking for the next deal!

So my question is - what is your story as you scaled up - who and when did you hire ? Office or no office?

Would love to know about real people who have gone through this growth and expansion and how they systemized and managed it.

Thanks to you all

GB
