Hi everyone,

Frederick here. 

I am currently analysing a few multifamily buildings in the Brimingham AL and Anniston AL areas and would want to know what the current CAP rate in these 2 locations are.

Calling on any multifamily investors and or multifamily real estate agents to please comment.
