Does anyone have experience in building approximately 16 unit Multi Family Property?

We have purchased the property and have been approved to build a 16 Unit Multi Family. Next a civil engineer will review and we will begin getting bids from GC's. I would like to know if anyone has experience with getting a construction loan and what the current rates are?
