Good responsive investment focuses agents in Dallas

G’day all - I’m looking at investing in Dallas and haven’t had much luck reaching out to agents. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to those recommended on this BP sites but they haven’t responded or called me back (must be an agents market). Anyone have any recommendations for a solid agent and property attorney in Dallas?
