Brooklyn Park Area

I wanted to know if anyone had any experience/recommendations for the Brooklyn Park area of Baltimore.  The multifamily homes are in my price range and the cash flow fits my numbers.  Anything I should heed or be wary of when investing in this area?  I am unfamiliar how the approval for subsidized housing works in the city of Baltimore.  I currently have one property in Upper Fells Point at the moment, but want to explore other areas of Baltimore if anyone has any other suggestions.
