I have personally rehabbed 3 buildings/14 apartments and 1 commercial space. My portfolio has sit stagnant for the last year and I would like to continue growing. I'm very comfortable with the strategy approach with multi-level buildings, utilizing the basement's, and maximizing value through section 8 opportunity zones. That said, very open minded to growth expansion and what strategies come with it. Located in Midwest (Chicago). Have been considering Detroit for investment in addition to our Chicago and Michigan locations.
