WA State Multifamily Development Syndicate Needed
I am a broker in Washington State (Grays Harbor County) looking for an experienced local syndicator on a 36 unit project in South Aberdeen WA. I am still really new at multiple investor projects and I am looking to learn and help my client make this project as seamless and as successful as possible. Any connections/input/feedback would be appreciated.
Our region is decades behind on residential development compared to our surrounding areas and this would be a jump towards a position where our area needs to be.
