Property taxes in florida

Jose Portal
Posted

Hi all,

Somebody told me that I can buy the LLC that owns the property I want, that way I can keep the same property taxes as they are. Does anyone know anything about this?

Thank you in advance.

No, that is not true.  Property tax values are Not “updated” because of sale, like in some other areas of the country. Florida property values for taxes are updated Every Year, from area sales during the last quarter of the previous year.
