Hello all,

I am currently a small multi-family investor in South Dakota, with family in Savannah, GA.

I want to branch out and explore out of state markets. Because of my ties to Savannah, I was wondering what market(s) in or near Savannah are good for multi-family investing. 

Any and all information is helpful! Would love to connect with some Georgia investors!
