Converting an Assisted Living Facility into micro apartments.

Has anyone every converted an assisted living facility into micro apartments?  I'm looking at an assisted living facility that was built in 2006.  It's in foreclosure and in need of cosmetic work.  With the affordable housing crisis, wondering if anyone has any experience in this realm.  This building has nine rooms with bathrooms and ten rooms with shared bathrooms.  Thanks.

Hey @Charles A Munk no experience personally, but you may want to look up Ben Mallah. He has done something similar and is also based in Florida. 

From what I know, he has a service on his website where you can pay to get on a call with him - worth it from where you're standing, in my opinion. 

He's also big on YouTube, that's how I found him.
