Multi family investment Montana New
Hello,
I am new to the investment space and was curious... I have been focussing on smaller single family and duplex deals near where I live (sort of Montana is huge and spread out) but have stumbled across a few larger multifamily properties that are in the 1 to 1.3 million dollar price range. I do not have this sort of capital saved up. I was wondering what avenues are available for financing larger deals? I am aware that banks will lend on the properties performance but is that all I would need in order to take over a 20 unit million dollar building? I would love to scale quickly but also want to make sure all my ducks are in a row. Any advice appreciated.
