Post: Multi family investment Montana New

Hello,

I am new to the investment space and was curious...  I have been focussing on smaller single family and duplex deals near where I live (sort of Montana is huge and spread out) but have stumbled across a few larger multifamily properties that are in the 1 to 1.3 million dollar price range.  I do not have this sort of capital saved up.  I was wondering what avenues are available for financing larger deals?  I am aware that banks will lend on the properties performance but is that all I would need in order to take over a 20 unit million dollar building?  I would love to scale quickly but also want to make sure all my ducks are in a row.  Any advice appreciated.

Hello!  I am New to BP and looking to get my feet wet in the real estate business.  I work in construction and have grown tired of doing everyones work for them.  I would love to get involved with flipping homes and purchasing rental properties but don't really know where/how to begin.  I do not have access to a lot of cash and home values in my area have recently gone from high to completely insane.  I have the time, vision, and work ethic, and would be willing to go out of region if necessary.  If anyone has any advice on how to team up with someone business wise, secure creative financing, or just really get moving down this path it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Conor
