New Construction Multi-family South Florida
Good Afternoon. I have a project that I have been working to be fully entitled and then sold as a shovel ready multifamily project in South Florida. I have been working on this for over 2 years and have met much resistance orignally from the County. Finally, we are close to the end with final site plan approval witihin a month. My question is I am trying to determine the value of my time in addition to the value of the project itself. I am trying to determine what would be price I would need to walk away and sell it to a developer rather than to proceed. Has anyone sold a project like this before? What was your expected return and actual return?
