Running a CMA for a individually parceled multi-family
Hey guys! I hope everyone is doing alright. I am currently looking at a 30 unit which consists of two 8 units, one 5 unit, two 4 units and a SFH, all on separate parcels. I can see that each units rent is under market rent, but how exactly would I go about doing a CMA? Would I run a CMA for each individual property? Thanks!
