Hey BP community, i am looking to connect with mentors in Austin that can help me get my first duplex/quadplex in Austin. I am working here now and notice lower end, older properties around me. Would love to position myself for a purchase this summer.  If you know anyone, please reach out. Thanks.

Look in Killeen/Copp area first. Lots of deals in that market. Austin MF is still overvalued mostly when compared to rents.

Also, look at sfr between Salado & Temple- good value there + Kill/Copp
