Hey Guys just wanna share the starting of my multifamily REI journey with All. A bootcamp is totally getting me out of my comfort zone. Today I started locating and analyzing my target market. My research brought to Arlington Virginia. Who knew there are such nice brokers out there!!!!

Arlington, VA seems like an odd market for a novice to be interested in for multifamily properties. Only 4 two to four unit properties sell on average per year. For commercial grade multis you're looking at 3-4% cap rates and $5-50 million prices.
