Hi BiggerPockets!
My name is Brock Burton and I am new to this community. My wife and I just got married back in October of '22 and live here in the Valley. I currently work with Radix, which provides a shared ecosystem of market data to owners & operators in the multifamily space. For the last few years I have been diving deep into my education and understanding of multifamily syndication. This has become a real passion of mine. I recently joined Josh Ferrari's Mastermind Group and have been learning to raise capital, underwrite effectively, & close down deals with the help of Ferrari Capital. Because networking is so important, I would love to connect with any and all BP members in the Phoenix area. Excited to see where this goes!
