Duplex, to build or not to build?
Long time flipper, builder and now a new agent.
I have 19 lots that I can build on, next to fort Lenard wood army base. considering building a duplex. I have estimated my cost would be around $285k, property would be worth $350k+ and each side would rent for $1500 per month. Does this seem like a good deal? Curious to see what people with more rental experience think. Thank you
