Lenders or banks that can finance commercial multi family??

Hello everyone! This year I’m looking to purchase a commercial multi family property most likely in Indiana under one million. I have three duplexes and my partner has a couple single-family rentals as well but this will be our first commercial multi family purchase. Looking to build some rapport with lenders and to see what loan packages there are to be offered. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
