What should be my next move

Hello everyone, I am just trying to get some feedback on what my next move could or should be since I’ve inherited some money. I currently have 18 rental units. 2 four pieces and 6 duplexes. I’ve been slowly accumulating more rental properties throughout the years. I’m currently cash flowing about $6k per month. I’ve inherited about $500k and would like some suggestions on what my next real estate investing move could be. I’ve been considering using a brrr strategy with larger multi family investments. But I could use some input on a good way too approach brrr with larger properties.

Thanks
