I am looking to do a Small Cash-out Refinance on a 8-unit multifamily investment property in North Carolina. The property has a 6% cap rate and estimated value of $380,000. Looking to pull out around 200-230k. 

Does anyone have any recommendations on local banks or credit unions in North Carolina that would be able to do this?
