Hey BP Community!

Happy New Year!

I am in process of selling a property and looking to put the money into a new deal. I hear that north Florida is a good market to invest in. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to look at cities/neighborhoods? The budget is around 700k purchase price and my main goal is cash flow.
