Hey BP community...I'm currently shopping for a duplex in my backyard...I have one I'm interested in...just wanna know and understand what's the best method to comping Multifamily properties...specifically Duplexes at the moment...any advice would help thanks..Happy investing!

@Chris John I appreciate the information greatly I will take that into consideration. As of now I'm wanting to start kinda how Brandon Turner started, secure 1-2 duplexes then scale up as I gain experience. plus the duplexes I am considering are located right in my backyard here in South Carolina.
