help needed with multi family in chocago area. Opticals struggles

I am young investor with portfolio of single units only. I am looking to invest in multi family in chicago area. any help, suggestions or taught will be highly appreciated.  I want to tank you in advance the people in this great community .

@Blagovest Narov welcome to the forums! The main thing I always tell people is to find which areas in Chicago interests you. I would work backwards from where you live (or where you want to live). Find the areas near you that have a good amount of transaction volume and that have the right kind of building stock. The great thing in Chicago is that there are so many different neighborhoods that make sense to invest in. We have seen clients have great success in the past year near the 606 in the Humboldt Park/Hermosa/Logan Square area. We also have had some clients crush it in Little Village and McKinley Park.
