Oak Park, IL - Multi-Family Investing
Is anyone familiar with the Oak Park, IL market for multi-family investing? Ideally looking for a 3-unit (owner occupied) - my boyfriend and I love the area but the numbers and inventory aren’t looking great (high property taxes). Does anyone have experience investing in Oak Park and/or advice on creative ways to enter this type of market with a multi-family investment? Our plan is to live in one unit and rent out the other units.
