Greetings all, I am an up and coming GP investor in apartment syndication. My partners and I are looking to expand into the Columbia SC, North Charleston SC, Durham NC, and Fayetteville NC markets. We are looking for an up and coming listing broker in these markets to create a relationship with and do deals with. We would like to do 2-3 deals in the next year. Some things we are looking for are value add B to C class properties, in the area of 100 units, and looking to hold 3-5 years. @Marquis Cobb, I recommend you read the book "Multifamily Investors Who Dominate" by Beau Beery.  It is an excellent read on developing relationships with brokers.
