PPM Review - Real Estate Attorneys ONLY - NW Atlanta
Good morning,
Does anyone know of a reputable, competent real estate attorney (specialists only) in the NW Atlanta area who will not charge an exorbitant fee to review a Private Placement Memorandum for a multi-family apartment complex investment? We are new to the area and I prefer legal counsel that I can meet with in person. I have reviewed the documents and others have weighed in, but, I would like a professional review as well.

What is the purpose of having an attorney review it? Reason I ask is you are probably better off having an investor review it as well as investors will be a lot more familiar with terms of a PPM they have Been burned by. Not saying not to have an attorney review just trying to understand the scope so I can refer one.
I would also suspect it will cost you at min $2,000 to review this as it’s probably 4-8 hours of review then time to go over it with you
