From Underwriting to DD

Hello Bigger Pockets!

I have a great understanding of how to find/underwrite a deal.  Once I've found a deal that makes financial sense, what is the next step?  I do not have my own money nor do I have investors secured.  I do know a few people who would be interested in investing, but I'm not sure what to do with the deal once I've found out that it makes  financial sense.  Any help here?
