Looking for a multifamily coach

Hi BP, Happy Sunday! I am headed to the Jake and Gino MM5 in a few weeks and I'm super excited. After I attend the event I will decide if I want to invest in their mastermind, but I would like to go into that event with a little more of a fleshed out plan than I currently have. I would like to hire an experienced MFH coach for 3-4 hours of their time where I can give them my full financial snapshot, REI goals, strength, experience etc and have them help me formulate a strategy to start out in MFH. Possibly someone with a network that they wouldn't mind introducing me to to help get me started.

Does something like that exist? If so, can someone provide recommendations? Thanks so much!
