Construction - Tenant Notice

I recently purchased a triplex that needs work in Philadelphia. 2 Units are tenant occupied, I plan to begin rehab on the vacant unit in the next few weeks. Can anyone share sample communication or general best practice when beginning construction in close proximity to other tenants?
