Looking to Connect and Learn the Louisville MF Market

Hey BP family, 

My name is Bernard and I'm new to Multifamily investment but I'm interested in the Louisville market for it. Just connected with a broker in the area and looking to consistently learn more from those in the market.
Next thing on my list is trying to learn of some property managers are who manage between 10 and 50 unit apartments in the south & southeast areas of the city. 
Also looking to learn more about contractors who work in these areas. 
While I have been to the city a few times in the past, I will be looking to visit sometime in the future and connect with people in person.
