Looking for REI partners

Hi all! I am new to REI. My husband and I both work full time jobs, but due to some recent health scares, we took a step back and looked at each other and said "what are we doing to stop being chained to our 9-5 and have finanical freedom to be able to enjoy our kids and most of all... each other!" Our answer was REI... We have saved money, have gotten pre approved and would like to invest in multifamily/commercial properties. We live in CA but are interested in OOS properties.
