what exactly are you looking for, realtor, lender, contractor? Good luck to you Devil. 
All of the above! Trying to establish that "core 4" so I can get to work! Preferably looking to find lenders who are experienced with investors in the area, specifically the Fayetteville or Jacksonville areas of NC!
