Increase Your Tenant Selection Process

Hey BP multifamily investors, property managers, and landlords!

Here's an article that has helped me get a clearer sense of what's important to people that are running multifamily properties.

It was written by someone who works at a tenant screening service, so they have a very good idea of the type of people that are applying for, searching for, and getting into multifamilies.

What are your highlights from this piece?

What would you add to the list?

What should new multifamily investors be sure to remember when screening?

Hope this is a good read for you and that you share your perspective with those of us who are still learning.

Thanks in advance and Cheers
