Hi,

If you were to build up a portfolio of investments in Florida (A mix of multifamily and SFR). Where would you suggest to start buying? I'm starting to look seriously at Florida and i would appreciate your input on the best areas. The place i've been looking at so far is Naples and seems like condos and SFR are the most popular products in the area.

Thank you

Quote from @Stetson Miller:

@Mazen Al Ashkar I would definitely recommend taking a look at Lehigh Acres. The supply for these types of investments is great right now, rentals are still in extremely high demand, and cash flow is often nearly the best you can find anywhere else in the state. Naples tends to not necessarily be the best in any of the major categories that investors often consider pertaining specifically to long term rentals

Thank you Stetson, i would have never considered Lehigh Acres :). Do you have a deck on potential in the area? Are you an agent in the area? If yes please connect with me and i'll be happy to take a look.
