Finance options multiple condos

Here's a question for the expert investors out there with experience buying multiple MFR condo's...how do you structure the financing? Recently I came across an opportunity to buy 34 condos for $600k, each needs about $5k in repairs. Any advice on how to get a bank to help finance these would make you the expert of the day! Thanks in advanced.
