Childhood Neighborhood re-zoned

So street I grew up on has been rezoned, and needless to say my childhood home is getting torn down.

Like any investor, I am deeply saddened because if anyone is going to tear down my childhood home and get rich building apartments, it should be me.

One group already tried to buy out all my neighbors but the deal fell through.

I have a pretty good relationship with about half of the neighbors and feel pretty comfortable knocking on the doors of the others.

However, I really wouldn't know how to structure a deal like this or write the offers.

Does anyone know a CRE agent/firm that specializes in these types of deals, or what I should be looking for in a partnership?

Thanks,

Luke
