Hello everyone

I wanted to get your opinion about multifamilies in Virginia. Currently, our focus is value-ad properties with 80%+ occupancy on secondaries and tertiaries markets. 

What is your opinion? Have you closed on any property over there? What do you like or don't like? Any tips would be very helpful!
