1st Time Investor- Any Advice

Paige Bostic
Posted

I am currently in the market for a duplex or triplex in Dallas/Austin/ Houston. I’m not picky. My goal is to house hack the property and create a stable passive income vehicle. For those of you who have invested in multi-family properties before, do you have any words of wisdom or things you wish you would have known when you began your investment journey? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Paige, I would be sure to look at comps in either of these cities and would encourage you to do your research and look for an area that is growing and will provide you the best ROI. Good luck!
