Bay Area, CA (Contra Costa/Solano Counties) -how is the market?
Mates,
I am looking for 3-4 unit in the area of Martinez/Benicia/Concord/Fairfield/Vacaville and wondering if I can still get a deal under the current market climate that cashflows? I am willing to rehab but I am finding that it is cost prohibitive from what is listed.
Also, the general consensus appears to be that there is an exodus from CA due to cost of living, taxes, etc. Is Contra Costa and Solano Counties a good place to invest? They are outside of the Oakland/San Francisco areas that have traditionally not been favorable to landlords.
Thanks,
-Dan
