Lifestyles unlimited/passive investing

I'm looking for advise with passive investing. Lifestyles unlimited offers a mentorship program for multi unit or apartment complex investing. This seems to be their specialty. Does anyone have experience as a passive investor with this program or any other?

Thanks

Chuck

There was a lengthy thread discussing the program found here http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/92/topics/76443-lifestyles-unlimited-of-texas

I highly suggest you do your due diligence before spending any money on mentoring.
