Thanks guys, I appreciate your advice. I really want to get info on large apartment investing, specifically as a passive investor. I was hoping someone here would have that type of experience to share along with insight on lifestyles, but it's not just about them. I will check out the posts you mentioned.

I'm looking for advise with passive investing. Lifestyles unlimited offers a mentorship program for multi unit or apartment complex investing. This seems to be their specialty. Does anyone have experience as a passive investor with this program or any other?
