Florida Multifamily Lease

Hi, I worked off of the standard Florida state lease agreement found here: https://www.floridabar.org/pub... but added an addendum/rider for some additional language I wanted (pets, lost keys, painting, certain furniture, etc).

Does anyone have a suggestion for a relatively affordable lawyer or service I can use to iron out the finer points, and basically confirm that what I've put together is all legal in the state of Florida? Really appreciate it!
