How to do quit claim deed with remote partner
Hello BP Friends,
does any one know any way out to do a Quit claim deed where grantor (current owner) and grantee (new Owner) in different states ? Trying to transfer the property (property resides in Deklab county, GA) to LLC name, but the current Title holder and LLC manager is in different state, though both are part of the same LLC.
How to do quit claim deed in this case ?
Thanks.
